We will provide you with CDM (construction, design, management) documentation that is relevant to your project and site. These Health and Safety regulations are in place to ensure the proper management of health and safety risks throughout your construction process. 

This includes pre-construction information, a risk assessment and more.

• Submit Building Regulation and Planning Condition Discharge Application

• CDM – Submit F10 Form (if applicable)

  If applicable, we’ll submit the F10 form to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) to comply with Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations.

• Building Control Final Certificate

  We’ll review and gather all relevant documents required for the Building Control final certificate issuance.

• Health and Safety File

  We will carefully check and obtain the health and safety file from the contractor. This file will include any manuals for materials or installations used in the project.

By completing these tasks, we’ll ensure a smooth and well-documented handover, providing you with the necessary certifications and information for the successful completion of your project.

Our contract administration services including the following:

• Tendering and Issuing Packages
  

  We’ll tender the project to suitable contractors and issue tender packages to up to 3 contractors, utilizing full planning and working drawings packages.

• Cost Comparison and Advice
  

  We’ll discuss, assess, and compare the submitted tendered costs on a like-for-like basis, providing advice to both the contractor and the client.

• JCT Contract Preparation and Agreement
  

  We’ll prepare a Draft JCT contract and engage in discussions and reviews with relevant parties to agree on terms before formal appointment.

• On-Site Progress and Valuations

  Throughout the project, we will conduct regular meetings involving all parties and perform valuations of completed work to ensure accurate payment to the contractor.

• Final Project Sign-off

  As the work nears completion, a final meeting and valuation will be conducted to formally sign off on the project.

• Retention Period and Work Rectification

  Under the JCT contract terms, a portion of the payment will be retained for 3 or 6 months to cover any potential work rectifications.
