Planning permission granted for constrained site in Lincolnshire
We’ve been working on a complicated proposal for 4 new residential dwellings located on land at the rear of a grade II listed farmhouse property, and sited next door to a grade II* listed church, in Lincolnshire. It’s been a long time in the pre-application stage working with the local authority and conservation experts to achieve a suitable and sympathetic proposal, which minimises the harm to the historic setting and works within the constraints of the site, whilst creating a high-quality development.
The proposal has recently been granted planning permission which we’re chuffed about.
