S House consists of a series of derelict buildings located on the outskirts of the sought after Littleover suburb of Derby City. The house and associated outbuildings on the site have been unoccupied for years and have fallen into a state of disrepair. Our client purchased the land in 2015 and appointed us to develop a scheme for the design of two new dwellings in keeping with the agricultural style of the surrounding area.

A design was developed using the accumulative volume of the existing buildings to create two four bed contemporary rural style properties with generous living space and large gardens overlooking the Derbyshire countryside.
