Willow House
Simon Foote Architects was enlisted to rejuvenate this 1970’s former office building which is set to undergo redevelopment into eleven apartments.
The scheme uses rigid insulation which wraps around the existing facade, creating a thermally efficient building suitable for modern living. A specialist cladding system and coloured panels will then be used to hide the insulation and to transform the property’s appearance within this prominent location. This innovative approach to property redevelopment gives outdated buildings a sustainable use for the future in a visually appealing and cost effective way.
