White House Farm – Newton on Trent

Simon Foote Architects were appointed to work on a complicated proposal for 4 new residential dwellings in Lincolnshire. The site is located on land to the rear of a grade II listed farmhouse property and sited next door to a grade II* listed church.

The team worked closely with the local authority and conservation experts to achieve a suitable and sympathetic proposal, which minimises the harm to the historic setting and works within the constraints of the site, whilst creating a high quality development that achieves an environment that will enhance the community and village it sits within, whilst bringing much needed family homes into the village in a way that does not overpower or dilute the villages setting.
