As part of the National Lottery Heritage Fund scheme, we have played a pivotal role in enhancing and reinstating the historic centre of Derby. As part of this initiative, we undertook a variety of projects including salons, a pub, restaurant and retail outlets. Many of the properties had been empty for a number of years meaning extensive replacement and repair of joinery work, windows, roofing and rainwater goods were required.
