Simon Foote Architects was appointed to undertake a total transformation of this 1970’s bungalow.

The proposal is to demolish the existing bungalow and replace it with a sympathetically designed, but impressive 5 bedroom home. Influences have been taken from the historic neighbouring buildings within the surrounding conservation area. The home will boast some impressive modern facilities including a full leisure suite.

The design has been arranged in a way that will maximise the opportunity that a sloping site brings, with a basement level being created which leads directly to the garden and frames the views toward the valley and the River Amber.
